East of England Hyperbaric Unit is a leading Medical Facility for Diving Accidents, including the assessment and treatment of professional and recreational SCUBA Divers suffering from Decompression Illness (the Bends or DCI).
We operate a 24 hour national Diving Accident Helpline, staffed by experienced and highly motivated Supervisors and Diving Doctors from ‘Divers Emergency Service – UK’ (DES-UK), and manning a fully equipped Multiplace Recompression Chamber.

East of England Hyperbaric specialises in Diving Medicine and provides a 24 hour clinic with everything a diver could need from a medical facility:

  • NHS funded recompression
  • Fit to dive, BSAC and HSE diving medicals
  • Dry diving
  • Hyperbaric and PADI recompression chamber courses
